Add banner vanities to the store

The galaxy banner in this goblin event is very nice. If better looking banners like this was input into the store for like 500 plat they would sell.

I was thinking elemental auras/banner type vanity would be a great addition to the game. Having the ability to add more scars or flaming hair, or glowing eyes would be pretty great too.
