The sets change option should be removed . Since during PVP players just go naked and use hp regen mods and then back to their main set and do pvp . I am quite sure we cannot change sets during pvp even in AL . Would be good implementation.
Players with lesser pings while using operatives can lash enemies players in PVP while being in the wall . Not sure how thats possible . Its like lash comes from inside the walls and hits the enemies . Needs to check that and fix it .
Also The napalm ranges in pvp is messed up too . Half of the map away it tends to damage the enemy .

No. You can gear swap in normal PvP.
For no gear switching, play Honor PvP.

Both of those issues sound like synchronization issues for clients that have a slow connection to our servers.

Oh then will it not be unfair for those regions which do not have the game servers ? In india Players are always at 300+ ping , while in the USA ppl actually at 60-100 ping .

In general, the closer you are to the game servers the faster your connection. So - not unfair; just the limits of physics.
There are no plans to add additional game servers for Star Legends.
