Lvl 17 Dexmage/ can i get help with the best Build For My Lvl?

I have 27int and 69 dex, and 1into ice storm, 1 into light, 6 fire, 6 drain, 1 into heal, 1 into frost What do i need to change? anyhelp would be much appreciated.

6 drain should be lower, on low level mages only use drain when they are stuck and can't move.
U should make heal a little higher.

Take off 1 point from Icestorm, and 2 Fron Drain and put them in heal. Your primary damage skils are Ice Drain Fire, Light if they get cllose and heal to regen hp or recover from stuns.
