Upgradable Talisman

I like how the talisman is this year and it is pretty strong for a legendary that kinda leans into being like a mythic. I really would like to see a mythic version. The legendary version should still stay as a purchasable from the token vendor, but there can be an item that is a rare drop from Goblin Mother that can be used to upgrade the legendary talisman into a mythic one.
