Goblin Altar Level

Instead of making the altar zone 81, why cant we have it scaled to specific levels or something along those lines? Just because level 70-78s etc will have real difficulty in the zone. thanks

If they scale it to player lvl we gonna see a lot of lvl 10-16 alt acct. in plat tier since plat tier is easy to achieve with just few altar runs
