Not being able to use play balance on platinum after a refund has been done.

Even though I have the balance on my account, it's says "transaction has been declined".

If this is on your end, would it be possible to solve it for me so I can purchase .

I don't think there's anything on our end that can decline transactions. If you're sure the balance is high enough including taxes, you'll probably have to contact google play support.

Hi it worked for the 10 plat pack but even though I have the funds for the 1.7k , it says declined.
Why is that happening

Lots of suggestions when googling for it. It's not on our end of things. Closing.
