Edit: Mb for the duplicate post, didn't see the same topic was posted by another user recently
I find 8 too little currently with different sets + consumables + pets that are essential in playing energy based events efficiently.
A 3rd row of hotbars will definitely make the screen more crammed than it currently is, however an easy solution is simply adding an option to toggle off this 3rd row of hotbars for people who don't need it.
Also..
- Add 4 more skill, gear and vanity loadouts - a ton of gear sets and vanities have been introduced the last 6months.
