Need fix blighted amulet

Blighted amulet have proc which poison enemy and do damage. But this proc not working can u fix it. Thank you

It's working, just it has a strange behavior to it. It will only affect the closest enemy to you that didn't hit you - as far as I can tell it has always been that way.

It's fixed to affect the one that hit you instead with the next update.

But proc work only in pve. Why no in pvp?

the item was ninja nerfed because it would force proc ebon aegis and ebon staff to proc.

both arcane cryo amulet and blighted we're ninja nerfed.

blighted amulet use to proc arlor ring,deary ring, and skull gem.

also if you was cursed in pvp while blighted amulet was equipped and active you would instantly die. because blighted amulet counted as skill damage back then.

if you go into pvp today with blighted amulet equipped and active while under curse. you wont die because it no longers counts as skill damage. you can even test this in maus.

im saying it doesn't count as skill damage but im unsure. because the last thing i tested with blighted amulet was arcanite arie aa.

so basically pull a mob with blighted amulet equipped. make sure everything is poisoned now use arie aa. you should get some weird small heals due to leech.

another thing that i found interesting is that blighted amulet poison dot scales to your damage.

the item was working as intended. i know it was working as intended because they only nerfed it due to ebon aegis. im pretty sure someone reported it as a bug. but it wasn't a bug. because if it was a bug they would have nerfed it in 2015. they nerfed it around 2018-2019 i think . i honestly forgot.

when ebon weapons were released a few months later they ninja nerfed blighted amulet and arcane cryo amulet.
