Blight amu proc does not work at pvp

So me and my friend tested it. It does proc really well at PvE, but at PvP it seems not working. It used to work in the past with the poison dot. Could it please got fixed? @Cinco @Futumsh @Remiem

It looks like it technically does work in pvp just like in pve, which is to say, it's useless without multiple opponents.

It *should* just poison the attacker, but actually poisons the nearest enemy that isn't the attacker. We'll get it fixed.
