I don't understand this very well, I'm testing the new heroic pet and I don't see that when activating that debuff its 50% armor debuff is noticed in PVE, or is this kind of debuff only in PvP maps?

Maybe the boss has low armor to start with ,maybe they has damage reduction too making the armor debuff unnoticable.

Most bosses don't get debuffed, they are immune.
