Saw a level 14 wearing it. :) But she said she didnt remember where it was dropped. Other than her, none. And we've been farming like crazy Delphina! Help! :)

Why are we only seeing super low levels with them? Either:
a) low levels get much better drop chances than higher level players
b) there are a crazy number of low level players (enough that each going through once is more farming than all the end games farming all day?)
c) these are all alts and we are just seeing the same gamer top again and again (after all, there has been a few gamer top sightings but not a single bottom)
d) the gamers drop in something like the first map where few of the end games bother to farm.
e) I'm paranoid about the gamer vanity (along with much of the DL community) and the above reasoning is totally inaccurate.

(I'll stick with the last option for now)
