Hotbar Hotkeys

Hey,

i was playing alot on PC and i noticed that the 2nd Hotbar has no hotkeys set yet.
First hotbar is 7-0 and thats kinda weird to handle, but playable.

Would be nice If you can add customiced hotkeys + add 2nd Hotbar Row Hotkeys.

Also i would like to see:
- Quit to Menu hotkey
- Craft Station Hotkey
- Map Hotkey
- Guildhall Hotkey
- Auction House Hotkey

An option for it would be to totally let pc players customise their keys so it will be more pleasant for them.
