The Challenge:

You're guaranteed a pink if you solo the Hive Boss, no potions, elixirs, gear, or spells! Only fists!

Daily Rumors:

#1:

If you use healing spells in the Hive, pinks will not drop, better stock up on potions!

#2:

Don't die or you're ruining the chance of a pink dropping!

#3:

If you have a full group and everyone in it says "Pinks!" right before a boss that drops pinks dies, you will get a pink!

#4:

If you leave right before the boss dies you get 9,999,999 credits!

Man.. usually I just skip the boxes in the hive because they're out of the way and I don't want to bother arguing with people.. But today I just happened to end up right next to one and I hit space bar (which I forget now causes you to interact with nearby objects, darn it I do that all the time now when I'm trying to attack something). Nobody said anything until the end where no one got anything good, and they all blamed me. I thought it was funny and declined joining their next run.

The trick is to be with an accomplice and then tell him, take your weapon off. If a pink drops you say: see told you. If it does not you give him a hard time for not taking the weapon off. Bystanders will not know the difference. Rince repeat and after a little other players are spreading the rumor for you. :D

It actualy gets pretty annoying.
In DL ive been farming the undead mask and was told if your wearing a mask on run one wont drop. I said ok ill wear one for good luck ;)

^LOL YOU JUST GAVE ME A GREAT IDEA. GUYS: Here's our new rumor. At the beginning of the run, everyone shouts, "OPEN ALL BOXES FOR GOOD LUCK LET'S GO GET THIS THING" and sound all pumped about it. I'll bet it spreads like wildfire.
