Hide proc effect

Add setting to hide other people proc and pet arcane ability effect so we can see our proc clearly, sometime i find it difficult to see my proc with all the effect going on.

Or atleast we can have some indicator that the proc is our/mine because Its so hard to determine whos proc are on When a same class and same weap clashing at the boss.
Maybe add some cool effects on attack button if the proc on our weapon is activated.
