i cant see blackstar at all anymore....First it was like this>http://www.spacetimestudios.com/showthread.php?63109-well-this-is-a-bug
Now its like this after ghost patch today...
Notice only "towne" is checked. No possible way that theres no blackstar. I was standing there lol.

You're on Chrome correct?
You have planet typed in... you should get rid of that then hit search

Yes because there's no lvl requirement to join a base..

Well when did they change that? it used to show the highest level who was in the base at the time...

It's always been 0. It's just said the # of players in the base at the time of a search..

well before new client came along it showed highest level on base atm. something like this.....

Are you sure? I've always thought it said the lvls on campaigns only, and not bases..

Im pretty sure. I thought i had a screenshot pre update but i dont. I used to find the bases with the lowest count and lowest level to give out random noob gear lol

Hmm.. I actually think that's right.. On my other account (pre-update) I would always use the little portals and never sector map. So I didn't even know there was more than one UCS Blackstar.. :o

Maybe they just decided to change it. Im convinced the lvl 0 on all bases is a bug...

It's not a bug.. They must've changed it purposely because of all the capped players. Just so the thing doesn't say: Level: 40/41 for the entire list
