Universal Vanity Weapons

I would like to suggest to have vanity items that could be worn by all classes and that are not just class bound. Just like in pocket legends. Or at least items that are obtained through leaderboard, for example, I got top 10 for easter in 2019 on my warrior but now Im just playing rogue and I'm unable to use a vanity I earned. Leave your thoughts below guys!!

We have a mix of both and we're not consistent in this regard. I don't think this will change.
