Does the vendor spawn has been made hard to spawn ? 48mins since the event is out and not a single spawn .

Could you please check if the vendor has been added to game ? If it does please do re-check the spawn rate thanks .

I am level 61 . Only did newton runs . Constant . Asked everyone too . No one spawned it so far in entire game either .
