Problem with my account :(

I have a problem with my account, everything went well until about 10 minutes ago it didn't let me play, it let me enter the game, the menu where the character appears, but when I undo play it keeps loading, wait 5 minutes and nothing, What I can do? :(

You could try clearing data or reinstalling, in case there's some weird case of corruption, though those generally result in crashes rather than hangs.

If that doesn't fix it for you, pm me your character name and I can see if there really is something with your account, though that's very unlikely.
