I've only done 4 offers for free plat, and there were many more. Now when I look at the free plat offers list theres only 2 left, and both I cant seem to complete. I know that this thing is run by tapjoy, but still........

Okay not helping man.
That's weird, I usually have TONS of offers and they are all still there when I come back! Did you try uninstalling and then reinstalling? If that didn't work, I'm lost!:/

If you don't have a tapjoy account, make one by going to tapjoy.com with the same email as the registered STS account. There, you can click on the PL offers and install some apps for platinum...
