Best gear and build for lvl 35 mage pvp?

I would go with some dex armor, like that cloth-type stuff.. and a staff/wand so you can cast magic spells

There is no "best" build or gear but voodoo gear is used by many. Each build has its strengths and weaknesses. Best thing you should do is to find one with minimal weaknesses and many strengths.
