New Class Help?

Hey guys i have had Star Legends sense the day its been out but have always played as a commando so im level 41 on that account, but now i have made a new account as a engineer and would like to know some tips, what sets i should lookl for as i level up, how mant stat points go into what and how many skill point go into each one! Im level 12 right now and my in game name is Rainbowz!

For the stat.points i would go full int or a mix of str and int.

Heres one obvious tip.:)Get you're heal high.xD and don't put more then 1 skill point on resseruct.LOL THE OBVIOUS.:)
