[Neptaris] The time when the orange ring is active is not the real time of the Proc.

Testing the Neptaris sword I noticed that the orange ring remains on the Mob even after the time to activate the second stage of the Proc runs out.

I believe the second stage needs to be activated within 5 seconds maximum. But the ring stays active longer and I can't activate the second stage in this "extra time".

Can you fix it?

You are correct, the times were mismatched. This has been fixed for the next server (content) update.
