Here's your original one stretched to the average Sig size,

And this is one added with a little bit of Mitch Magic ;-)

If you want to do it yourself, I find it easiest to do right in cs. Try to start off with 500 x 100. If that's not possible, go to save for web devices where you can scale the image and also get it under that 15kb which is the biggest thing you'll need to have that nice smooth look without the choppiness. In this save place, find presets then look directly right to and arrow facing out.(not preset menu) click the arrow and there should be an option that says optimize to file size. This is believe is that best way to make sigs fit while not stretching them to weird proportions.
The only downside is blur. To me it makes it much smoother and it turns out really nice when I do mine.

I tried to make it fit within the 15kb limit but ended up with a picture smaller than my finger nail @.@...
i couldnt get the image to stretch.. somehow everytime i stretch it, when i upload it turns back to normal >.<

If you actually go to tinypic.com, press Upload, then hit Resize. There's a drop-box with a list of resizable sizes.

Pardon my noob photo editing skills, but couldn't you simply open the image in Paint and then just resize by holding the corner and dragging like a regular window?..

Yeah this was a tricky one! just because of its size. You might just want to keep yours lol.

I use something called thumbnailer let's me re-size without loosing the quality as long as the original picture is large enough.

Dude that first one is so sweet
Also consider file type. Size differences between jpeg and png alone can make or break a usable sig in forums :hopelessness:
