Basically there are Nightmare Antennas "hidden" in the townes and secret passages of Alterra.
You need to locate them.
If you click on the person or item with the antenna, he/she/it will only talk to you if you are within the recommended level of the corresponding camapign.
Example, if you are level 65, the Sand Cave's crystal will not talk to you.
But if you talk to the antenna at Fang, you can get a letter from it since you are within Mount Fang's Recommended Level Range: 61-66
This means, you will need a character every 5-levels apart from level 10-71 to be able to get all 10 letters alone.
This is where the community is needed.
Once you grab all 10 letters, you will need to unscramble them to form "reciprocity"

Only takes about 10 mins if you have half of total hints. It's very simple.

one of my guild mates named Nightmare was the first he claims to have gotten it within the first like 10 minutes of the hunt and 2 people said they confirmeda visual on the antennas so congratz to him for dominating that puzzle

Probably not first 10mins. Impossible to get at least 5 hints within 10mins. Unless, he randomly guessed about exact 11 letter word.

yeah wounded thinks im nightmare and so does Hub but I think its Notyocookiez or Razerfingers or maybe even Phonixking
but he was the first to get antennas and there were witnesses and he got them almost instantly and lots of people in the guild were begging him for the code quite funny coming from the neighborhood troll
