Proc stack suggestion

Can we allow some proc stack of some weapons depending on the type of the proc?
Like separating the global cooldoWn of the weapons depending on the type of proc.
As an example separating them into types like dmg boost, defensive and offensive aura, haste boost, dmg reflection, pulling proc, enemy debuff.
This will result in making warriors able to pulls mobs and dmg them as the same time as an example without returning to skull axe aegis proc stack.

But only skull axe + knight saber, pola, nepta deals enougth dmg in élite zodias so none uses the saber pulls cause it is on GCD for skull axe after so basically when you pull you do no dmg after xD
