Server down

Hello avery one, cant connect to game , get error server down (isn't update/maintenance cos is regular error).
Ps. Im using satelite internet access.
Via mobile data is all ok.
Dear STS maybe You have some guidance to fix this problem.

We're going to be performing a database upgrade for Arcane Legends this Wednesday, August 3, 2022 at 11:30am UTC (6:30am CST). Downtime will be about one hour. The game will not be playable during this period.

There’s an upgradeUnderstand, but this problem regularly, not only once, if i use Mobile internet game is working well , but via satellite internet is coming same error.
Im trying enter game already one week .
Unfortunately right now can't use mobile data. And problem remains relevant.

Hardware upgrades have been completed.

For the satellite internet person, there are a few potential causes:
* Required ports being blocked - must be able to make outgoing connections to ports 4050-4100
* ISP doing html injection - can cause client to be unable to parse auth web server responses.
* IP address coming from a range shared with hosting providers being used in botnets (generally means we've been attacked by them so they've been blocked).

You can potentially use a vpn to work around the issue if it is one of those I listed. Cloudflare's 1.1.1.1 Warp has worked well for me in similar situations.

If you still can't get through over vpn, then it shouldn't be an IP or port blocking issue, or an html injection issue.

Is it android you're seeing this on?
Does the web version work over the same network?

But i think problem is hight ping of satellite connection .

Can you go to https://whatismyipaddress.com on that satellite network and PM me what it tells you for both ipv4 and ipv6?

I'm out of things to check. It looks like port/ip blocking or html injection, but the vpn should have worked around those issues.
