How many people got plat tier in the Watercraft Rally event?

Just wondering how many got to plat tier since it was one of the harder events to get plat.
And/or how many got plat in comparison with other "regular" events

Many reached plat tier, it was hard , but 14 days is way too much time to reach plat tier.
