Admin please help my character is frozen at lvl 13 and 862 kills

I keep playing and killing, i've had atleast like 500 more kills since i turned lvl 13 and nothing is happening it still keeps saying that i only have 862 and that i am level 13 can someone please help me?

Play in zones in the dark forest and you should be able to get xp up to level 18.

it works now i undownloaded and redownloaded the app idk what was wrong but i got it to work now
