Had quite a few players ask me where the vendor for my banner was (Community Challenge Banner).
The banner vendor is in The Slurred King (Windmoore City Tavern).
The vendor is towards the top of the map, and can be very hard to see as he is usually surrounded by players and their auras.
I've attached screenshots to help you guys find him a bit easier if you can't see him or find him.
