If you click on the guy in tavern who sells the sun banner for 150k and ask for a story, he says something about level 91 arcanite weapons. Is this just an inside joke or will actually happen someday?

91 arcanite weapon is actually a plat bought weapon that gives an app for 40k points, whose proc is a strobing aura that goes through your eyes and punches you brain in the groin while blasting bad kpop along with an air horn, & for some reason you smell hot garbage
