damage of neptaris and chasmal combined not applying.. & spirit aegis

i noticed it around a week ago but i took no notice.. sometimes chasmal will proc but not apply the bonus damage to a neptaris eel shock.

also someone else reports that rage and chasmal does not stack with spirit aegis, or sword.

im not sure if either of these are bugs but i hope they are.
