the first proc, its more like 165k-180k, just bringing it to your attention.. lol

Not sure where it can be seen hitting for that much in the video. Also the Garlic passive doesn't provide any damage buffers other than reducing dodge chance with is not much compared with armor debuff. If it is a bug you should post it in bugs/technical issues section. I personally tested both nornal and heroic Garlic in few maps and the damage output of the pet is normal.

it's the dot for around 16k per tick.
Interesting how you are not getting that buff!
Did you test it on bosses? It seems to deal more damage to things with more HP.
