Starting a new PvP character!

Hey,

I've decided to make a pvp character. So if you've got any advice or tips, post them here!
Classes, skills, sets, items, name, etc. Anything is appreciated!

55 bear or bird. If you go bear, use forti or Royal sewer helm, royal sewer plate, fury sword, fury shield, for being a dodge noob. I'd stick with forti for most things though minus birds. And if your gonna use a bird. Go pure, WarBirds nowadays tend to show no decency and have little to no skill. And for those who do, congrats your one of few.
As for builds and stuff. Eh up to you. It's pretty easy options at higher levels.
