Everytime i craft nomerite helm, the helm disappears and the quest is not completed. I have crafted 2 nomerite helm already and it keeps dissapearing even if i restart the game.

Do you mean they don't appear in the helm section? If I can remember doesn't it go to your crafting section of inventory? Or do you mean it's gone completely

It doesnt appear in gear inventory. It appears in craft inventory and you should turn it in to the blacksmith in garetta before it shows quest complete

I think you already completed completed the first part of the quest which is crafting Orcslaying Helm.
