Hoping to put world chat ingame

This is just my suggestion world chat with at least 3-5 mins cooldown before to chat again and level requirements to avoid spamming

people asking for help
people begging for gold
people trying to sell their items
people asking questions
so and so on

the way it is rn with just the location to chat is totally fine

I don't think it's great idea but it will help people who needs help on certain missions to get more attention, my other concern is it might have similar impact to what Clash of Clans when it had Global Chat, people sell illegal irl items and left unpunished (more actually not just that).

At first I was thinking -1
But then I remembered that I have it in an other game and they solved the BS by letting each account use this chat once per 24 hours

So maby it can work this way idk

The only way I see this being implemented is if they make world chat tokens that cost platinum to obtain.
