i've been playing this game since yesterday and i have a lvl 18 archer and lvl 5 enchantress and i've noticed that even if i add points to a certain skill, the skill doesn't get any stronger or better... anyone else get this? or know how to fix this?

The skills do get stronger when you add points to them. However the descriptions (at least until 1.4 comes out) do not change. When you see a damage range for instance on a skill description, the low number is the minimum damage with 1 Skill Point in that skill, and the high number is the maximum damage with 5 Skill Points in that skill.
