everytime I try to go on dark legends on pc it gets stuck on 45%?!?

try reloading the page if the problem persits reinstall the game and send a note in DL Technical Issues an Bugs

No it happens to me too.
It goes from 0 -> 45 in a second.
Then takes a good 5 minutes to get to 100..
