"Had" a level 15 Operative

Okay,

I am Nightshayde. I had a level 15 Operative. And spent 10 plats to change his hair and
face. Hair was white, with a beard. I don't know why my operative seem's to disappear
from the game. I am wondering if I can get him back. Thank you.

Did you use an Unregistered Account? There was a patch so only people with emails can get in. (Try emailing support so you can get him moved to the right account)
