What Makes You Go To Sleep?

My main purpose for the threads is to get to know people better( kinda weird, but I do!) and also to see if something might help me I guess!:)

Anyways back to topic; What Makes You Go To Sleep? Is there something that helps you go to sleep? Something that you CAN'T sleep without?

I can sleep without a fan, but every night in my bed I have my fan blowing right beside me, ive gotten used to the noise it makes so it really helps me fall asleep, it's really hard to without it!

I love laying in my bed and watching that "universe" show on Netflix. Makes me fall asleep after a few mins (also melatonin)

And I get the best sleep when I'm at my uncles house in Louisiana. He has a tin roof andd when it rains its so relaxing.

Next to my bed I have a docking station, and on that docking station I have both my iPods. I have a 2nd and 4th Generation. When I was much younger, I used to sleep with an Andrex soft toy haha!

i was listening to one for school so i could play pl and get my summer reading done and not 15 minutes into Huck Finn I was out
but when i play pl and listen it keeps me awake listening to annoying voices read me books
btw lots of audio books are free and its way better than having to look at paper for 3 hours a day
