proc rate of arcane 81 armor

kindly increase the proc rate of arcane 81 armor. Its really hard to proc sometimes is useless in 81 map. Proc ebon armor more useful in proc success rate.

- pls increase the proc rate of arc 81. Even bulk of monster the proc didnt work or show. Reallly reallllllllly hard to proc.

That armor is not 200m at most 50m
