We wanted players to draw out their characters the way they interpret them in their minds and so this contest was born!

DETAILS

+ Upload and submit your entry (1 per person)

Mask part is not that hard, actually I spent most of the time on sleeves to make them look realistic. What I can say is...zoom in and spend a whole afternoon on it, and actually I started drawing it before art contest began.

From the looks of it, I would say you pick either Adjust or Detail2 from photoshop...from there I have no idea...looks like HDR Dynamic Pop 2...but can't be certain.
