What's the best weapon for pvp

Lance, you can sometime 1-2 shot pure Mages buffed.

lance is obviously the best. the khopesh of any sort fails in pvp.

Nah the lance is best for an Ursan. For a paladin, I'd say spear though ;)

I'd have to disagree Royce. I upgraded to a lance from my spear and not I hit SO MUCH harder. Like said above, there are times I 2-3 hit a int Mage

My reasoning is this. With a lance you get higher weapon damage, and consistent decent armor reduction. With a spear you get more short term and erratic, but also much deeper armor reduction, perfect for exploding a target instantly with a pally blast. I poke, then 1-skill kill Int mages regularly with my spear ;)
If you really rely on your weapon to cause damage (not just debuff), sure go for the lance, but based on the way most pallys play, I still recommend the spear for cutting further into armor.

I play the exact same way. one big comb, if it doesn't 1 hit ko I duff, "poke" and hit one of the 3 desired skils lol
