HI,
i would like to suggest that the guild decorating perk should be transferable to one of the officers at a time .

. the thing is most of the top guilds dont let there officers rebuild stuff . but with this perk the build ability swap function ...
Guild halls will get a new life .


BUILDER ROLE :
have all officer perks
and has ability to edit guild hall furniture

I'd rather not add a new rank. Seems like we should just let officers edit the guild hall? If the guild master doesn't want officers to edit the guild hall, they can tell their officers not to edit the guild hall.
