proc timer cooldown question

when i proc with my aqua .
and the proc has finished .
and i am on my 15 sec cool down period
can i swap to skratch during those 15 sec . after the proc of zod has ended and is on cooldown
and proc on that ?

Which skratch weapon are you talking about? Staff or gun? You can swap weapons during cooldown. Staff won’t proc during cooldown, but gun can since it doesn’t have a cooldown.
