scale arcane weapons with character level

Since they are all cheap now can they scale to level with their procs? Lv 81 using a dragon sword can do 5k burn dmg ticks for instance, lv 66 daggers need to be reworked. Some weapons procs will need some small reworks but this would make the game more fun, ofc the higher the weapon lvl the more damage it will output for balance.

+1 yes! make it happen STS! there is many fun procs out there that would make the game much fun for players and there is profit for you too since many arcanes are behind locked chests :D

Yeah the variety will be insane. If you make a event to craft those low lv arcs weapon to 81. But the kraken weapon should still outclass those weapon if you're suggesting this else this is a very bad idea.
