I would tell them to make friends, relax and enjoy the game!! oh yeah and wave if the see a developer :D

First be nice the nicer you are the more likely people will help you level and get key items. Look in the forums they help

You'd be amazed by how far simple things like being respectful or polite will get you in this game. :)
