When is Halloween event

So since it is a 3week event now, when does it start? On Thursday after this event ends?

Event is 3 weeks and has to be running on the 31st which is a Monday. The devs mentioned there is possibly going to be a secret event starting after the labyrinth event which ends on the 6th of October. The event will possibly run for 2 weeks because if they made it one week then there would either be an empty week or halloween event would start on the 13th which would make the week the 31st is on the last week of the event so I don't see that happening. Leaving the only logical date of halloween event being possibly the 20th of October.
