There is a sales tax when purchasing thru Itunes, so depending on the package you are trying to buy you may not have enough on the card.

I believe the tax is under one dollar.

I think if you change the state in your iTunes account to a state that doesn't need tax then u won't have to pay tax. Not sure tho
