titles not showing

As title says, one dungeon my title will show the next its gone.

To be more specific, this happens when the player selects the "guild" title. Sometimes the guild title is shown correctly, others it's missing. The behavior seems to be random at each join to a map/dungeon. I've never seen any of the achievement-based titles have this problem though.
