I can't log in....

The prolem is pretty simple, like the title says I can't log in. I open pocket legends and it goes to the log in screen but then I can't press log in, the button is kinda dimmed out and I can't press it. I can press the question mark and options, I can also change my email and password but I still cant click login. At the moment my internet is really crappy and keeps cutting out and stuff, but that shouldn't affect my ability to login should it? Pls help

When the button is dimmed it means you cant connect to sever or something like that it happens to me sometimes at uni

It means that the game couldn't detect an Internet connection.

k, well my internet is not fluxuating as much as before and i can get a steady conection, but the problem is the same, i cant click login. i have deleted the app and reinstalled it, but that dident help. i also just downloaded 1.4 and since i missed most of 1.3 i cant wait to see all the new stuff. that was beside the point, anyway.... ya i cant login, any tips?

Make sure your dns is working, and your firewall allows outgoing connections to ports 80 and 4050-4099.

k, how would i go about doing that? also is there any other things that could cause these problems?

Well, first step would be to make sure you can resolve auth.pocketlegends.com from your network.

Depending what os you might have available, you could try 'host auth.pocketlegends.com', or 'nslookup auth.pocketlegends.com'.

You should see 2 ip addresses in the 204.236.x.x range.

If you're on 3g rather than wifi, you could try going to http://auth.pocketlegends.com in safari (it should load but give you a blank page).

If you can't resolve auth.pocketlegends.com from your network, there's something wrong with your DNS, or your internet provider's DNS.

You devs are freekin awesome. I had the same problem but i just clicked the link above(for 3G issue) and it worked immediatly. Thank you for a close to perfect game. Looking forward to more updates.
